Do you Even …Lift?

Do YOU even lift? Well, do you?
A lot of young ladies think that if they lift weights, they will get huge and look like a man.
FALSE!
False, because, bikini competitors, celebrities (some), magazine models, and so on, all lift weights. They lift weights to stay toned, and healthy. Do you think they got that lifted, rounded butt, by only running?
Nope!
Cardio will only get you skinny, although it is absolutely great for your heart, lifting weights is also good for you.
You don’t have to lift HEAVY weights to get toned and that nice butt.
You can lift light weight at high amount of reps and by lifting light weight at a high amount of repititions, that’s considered cardio. Your heart rate is constantly up.
Now lifting heavy weight at around 8-12 reps, that’s strength training.
I do both endurance and strength training, Monday through Saturday.
I do do cardio for 15-30mins everyday, I also eat clean and count my calories and Macro-nutrients.
I used to be 205 lbs now I’m down to 152lbs ….and I lift weights everyday.
So do you even lift???
