  1. Can I just say WOW! What amazing progress! Can you share what your workouts/ diet usually consist of?

    • Thank you! My workout outs consist of weight lifting and cardio every Other day. My diet I usually eat just tuna, tilapia, swai fish, chicken, turkey, oatmeal, veggies and some fruit. I usually eat oatmeal in the morning sometimes with fruit if I am not in a rush for work, then I eat either tuna or tilapia or chicken with mixed veggies for lunch..if I have time…then chickn or turkey (mind you I read the nutrition facts..and choose the ones with the lowest fat content and calorie content BUT HIGH in Protein.) with veggies and fruit. Day before leg day i usually add in more Carbs so i have more fuel to lift for legs…i usually ad in some Quaker chocolate rice cakes or a bagel.
      My work out routine changes every 2 weeks so my body doesnt get so used to the same things and always experiences a shock ..which is good. lol.
