BCAAS

FINALLY! Got me some bcaas to sip throughout the day. Now, I know most People already are gonna say “Well, you don’t need to take bcaas unless ure hitting all ur macros and blah blah blah” but here’s the thing, unless u are in a extreme caloric deficit,  you should take bcaas. Merely, because when in a caloric deficit, u r limiting ur calories, and macro nutrients, and not getting enough protein to help recover and maintain muscle.  I,  on the other hand,  am on a caloric deficit to cut weight and fat, I can’t hit my proteins everyday. I want to lose weight, drop body fat and build/maintain muscle. So bcaas fit my diety plan. 🙂
